At WeekendHook, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order apparel and home décor for anglers. Because every item is custom-made, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Policy

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Include original packaging, tags, and any included accessories (if applicable).

  • Include a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).

  • ❌ Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • ❌ Return requests made after 30 days from delivery.


2. Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your order was canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • The item is damaged or defective and a return is not required.

  • The item received is significantly different from your order details.

Partial Refund or Store Credit

A partial refund or store credit may be offered when:

  • You ordered the wrong size or design and wish to reorder.

  • The issue is partially our fault, but you decide to keep the product.

No Refunds

Refunds are not applicable in these cases:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.

  • Orders canceled after 12 hours of placement (once production has begun).


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Email cs@weekendhook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • If your return is approved, we will send return instructions within 2–5 business days.

  • Please return the item in its original condition following the instructions provided.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If no return is required, the refund will be issued within 1–2 business days after confirmation.


4. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or refund.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.

  3. If the issue persists, email us at cs@weekendhook.com for further assistance.
