1. Order Processing Time

  • All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

  • Processing time may extend during peak seasons (holidays or major promotions) or for complex designs.

  • Orders cannot be modified once production begins.


2. Shipping Methods, Time & Cost

United States

  • Economy Shipping: 7–12 business days — Flat rate $8.99

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — Flat rate $35.99

International

  • Economy Shipping: 7–12 business days — Flat rate $12.99

  • Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Note: Estimated delivery times are counted after the production period and may vary by destination or carrier.



3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Track your shipment anytime using the link provided in your email.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your country’s customs office.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before placing your order.


5. Shipping Delays

We work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • High seasonal volumes or carrier issues

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming payment.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery.

  • Returned orders due to wrong addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • WeekendHook is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is missing, please:

    1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

    2. Contact us at cs@weekendhook.com if additional support is needed.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Certain restricted countries due to carrier or customs limitations
